BIRDWATCHING
In the 2,062 hectares of inggrisau Reserve, six hours by motorized boat from Serui, you may find an amazing habitat of varied turtles such as star turtle ( Dermochelys Coriaceae ), shell turtle (Cretmocechelyc Imbricata ) and green turtle (Cheloria Mybas). Hundreds of birdwatch worldwide visit the reserve yearly. There are several places nearby Serui where you can go viewing birds. From Serui you can start by riding a motorized boat to several minor islands then continue trekking to a waterfall to see butterfly as well.
